Can we come a day early?

Yes, for an additional $150, Nxlevel Travel can book your arrival for February 21. You’ll see options for this after selecting your option in the checkout process.

HOW MANY TRIP OPTIONS ARE THERE?

There are two options —a 4 days/3 nights option and a 5 days/4 nights option. Flights are not included.

WHEN ARE DEPOSITS DUE?

Non-refundable deposits are due November 24, 2023.

WHERE ARE WE STAYING?

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN NXLEVEL TRAVEL EVENTS?

Only individuals who make hotel arrangements through Nxlevel Travel will be eligible to participate in Nxlevel Travel hosted events during this trip.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Deposits and installments are non-transferrable. We encourage reviewing all details here on the website prior to making payments. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

CAN I HAVE MY OWN ROOM?

Travelers can book their room for an additional $250/person that will be added to the base price of your package selection. See pricing options.

WHO BOOKS THE FLIGHTS?

All travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to Punta Cana Airport (PUJ).

Does Nxlevel Travel provide Flights for this particular trip?

NO. Based on our traveler’s responses from our past alumni trips to the islands, we have learned that they prefer more control over their flight options. Additionally, many travelers wanted to be able to use points and/or vouchers to book their flights. Because of this, we will put flights solely in the hands of all our travelers. This way, each traveler can book the exact times and departure airport they desire.

What are the best websites to search for flights?

google.com/flights, kayak.com, and cheapoair.com are all excellent choices to book your flight.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

YES. You will need a passport to travel to Dominican Republic. If you do not have a passport, we encourage you to apply for one TODAY!

HOTEL SUBSTITUTIONS BY NXLEVEL TRAVEL

Depending on the number of travelers that signs up, Nxlevel Travel reserves the right to move to a different resort as long as it is in the same rating class or higher)

WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 POLICY?

Our full COVID-19 Policy is listed here. Each traveler agrees to the terms of this agreement upon paying deposits or full balances.

DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Nxlevel Travel does not offer travel insurance. However it is strongly recommended. While not everything is covered under travel Insurance, it is an extremely wise option for travelers. We recommend purchasing through a reputable company of your choice. Any personal issues that arise that require you to inquire about coverage should be directed to your travel insurance company, not Nxlevel Travel. All deposits and payments to Nxlevel Travel are final and non-refundable.

CANNABIS POLICY

Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC and Nxlevel Travel (a subsidiary of Nxlevellevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC.) does not offer nor does it sell any controlled substance, including but not limited to marijuana. Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. will not be providing travelers with any marijuana prior to, during, or after this trip. Individuals who choose to partake in any substance prior to, during, or after the dates of this trip are doing so under his/her own will and are acknowledging that Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC. is not responsible for any legal action that may occur as a result of doing so.
